Outlook 2016 (Win)
  1. Make sure Outlook is closed.
  2. From the Start menu, open Control Panel | View by Large icons | Mail | Show Profiles
  3. Click Add
  4. Name the profile and click OK
  5. In the E-mail Address field, type your email address
  6. If you are prompted for your password, type your password in the Password field and re-enter your password to confirm.
  7. Click Next.
  8. After the account configures, click Finish.
  9. Open Outlook.  Outlook will open, but it may take several minutes as it prepares for the first use.
Windows 10 Mail (Live Mail)
  1. Open the Windows 10 Mail application
  2. Choose Add account
  3. Choose Exchange – Exchange, Office 365
  4. On the “Exchange” screen type your email address
  5. Click Next
  6. Password:  Type your password in password field
  7. Click Sign in
  8. When prompted with the “Something went wrong” screen, click Advanced
  9. Retype your email address in username field
  10. Server:  outlook.office365.com
  11. Account name:  Your name
  12. Click Sign in
  13. When prompted ‘Are you sure you want to add, update, or remove your mail account’, click Yes
  14. When prompted that account created, click Done
IMAP or POP

Basic IMAP (Internet Mail Access Protocol) Settings

IMAP Server / Incoming Mail: outlook.office365.com
IMAP Account: your email address
Mailbox Location Prefix: leave this blank
Security Settings: SSL (Use secure connection)
Verify Certificate: Check this option of applicable
Port: 993

SMTP Server / Outgoing Mail: smtp.office365.com
Port: 587
Security Settings: TLS
Verify Certificate: check this option if applicable
Return Address / Reply To Address: use your alias or email address

Basic POP (Post Office Protocol) Settings

POP Server / Incoming Mail: outlook.office365.com
Security Settings: SSL
Port: 995
POP Login ID: your email address
POP Account: Your email address and then password
SMTP Server / Outgoing Mail: smtp.office365.com
Port: 587
Return Address / Reply-To Address: use your alias or email address

Use the information below to set up your mobile device for Outlook 365 account. We recommend to update to the latest available system software available on your device.

iOS
  1. Tap Settings.
  2. Tap Mail (or Mail, Accounts, Calendars depending on your iOS version)
  3. Tap Accounts (iOS 10.x only)
  4. Tap Add Account.
  5. Tap Exchange (or Microsoft Exchange depending on your iOS version)
  6. Enter your email address in the Email address field.
  7. Enter your password in the Password field.
  8. Enter a description for your account (e.g., Office 365).
  9. Tap Next.
  10. When prompted, tap “Enter settings manually”
  11. Type the server name: outlook.office365.com
  12. Leave the domain field blank.
  13. Enter your email address in the username field.
  14. Enter your password.
  15. Tap Next.
  16. Choose which items (email, calendar, contacts, etc.) you want to sync between your account and your iOS device. Tap Save.
Android
  1. Select Settings from the Applications menu.
  2. Navigate to Accounts and select Add Account.
  3. Select Microsoft Exchange Active Sync
  4. Enter your email address and password.
  5. Click Next. If get the following message window “Unable to set up account. Unable to connect to server.  Click OK
  6. Enter Domain\Username:  Use your email address here 
    Some devices may show Port #:  443
  7. Enter server:   outlook.office365.com
  8. Confirm that Use secure connection (SSL) is checked and Accept all SSL certificates
  9. Click Next. You will see the message “Retrieving account information” or “Checking incoming server settings.”
  10. You will receive a message: Server outlook.office365.com must be able to remotely control some security features on your device.  Continue?  Click OK.
  11. Select your desired account options and click Next.
  12. Give the account a name to distinguish it from other accounts on your device.
  13. Click DONE.
